The launch service covers the Perth metropolitan area. The vehicle does not need to come to us—send the suburb and we’ll confirm coverage.
Perth metro coverage
Standard pricing across the current metro service area.
Coverage still depends on appointment availability and safe access offered by the seller or dealership. Regional locations are not currently offered.
Mobile at the vehicle
The vehicle can be at a private address or participating dealership, provided suitable and safe access is available.

Regional locations
Regional inspections outside the Perth metropolitan area are not currently offered. They may cost more if introduced in future, but no regional price is currently approved.
Vehicle types

The launch service is designed around common light vehicles. Some specialist vehicles need prior arrangement, while others are not currently offered.
Standard service
Passenger cars, SUVs, utes and light vans are covered by the standard inspection service at launch.
By arrangement
EVs and hybrids, classics, prestige vehicles and heavily modified vehicles need to be confirmed before an inspection is arranged.
Not currently offered
Motorcycles, heavy trucks and buses, caravans and motorhomes, and vehicles that are unsafe or unable to be inspected are outside the current service.
At the vehicle
Driveway, dealer yard or wherever it is being sold.
The vehicle can often be inspected where it sits, provided the seller gives permission and there is enough room to work safely. We’ll sort through the location details before confirming the appointment.
